1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PillBot Trading Bot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PillBot provides:

Solana Memecoin Trading: Automated scanning, scoring, and trading of tokens on the Solana blockchain
Polymarket Prediction Trading: AI-powered prediction market analysis and automated betting via the "Brain" system
Smart Money Tracking: Monitoring whale wallets and detecting profitable trading patterns
CEX Trading Agents: Automated strategies on centralized exchanges (Grid, DCA, Momentum, etc.)
Web Dashboard: Real-time monitoring of positions, PnL, and wallet balances
Telegram Bot Interface: Configuration, alerts, and management via @PillBot_trader_bot

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old
You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
You are responsible for ensuring that using cryptocurrency trading tools is legal in your location

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and wallet keys
You must use trade-only API keys when connecting centralized exchanges (no withdrawal permissions)
You must not share your account access with unauthorized parties
Report any unauthorized access immediately to pillbotsol@gmail.com

5. Trading Risks

You acknowledge and accept that:

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
Automated trading systems can and will incur losses
Prediction market bets may result in total loss of the wagered amount
Smart contract interactions carry risk of bugs, exploits, or rug pulls
Network congestion, slippage, and MEV may affect trade execution
Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future returns

6. Fees

Free Tier: Limited signals and alerts at no cost
Pro Tier ($49/month): Full access to all agents and unlimited usage
Whale Tier ($99/month): All features plus auto-copy trading
Blockchain transaction fees (gas/priority fees) are paid by you directly to the network
Exchange trading fees are charged by the respective exchange, not by PillBot

7. Limitation of Liability

PillBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Trading losses, whether from automated or manual trades
Network failures, blockchain congestion, or API outages
Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
Changes in market conditions, regulations, or third-party services
Bugs or errors in trading algorithms (though we work diligently to minimize these)

8. Prohibited Uses

Market manipulation, wash trading, or other deceptive practices
Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the Service
Using the Service for money laundering or financing illegal activities
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your wallet and removing your account.

10. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, code, branding, and content of PillBot are the intellectual property of PillBot and its creators. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
